Smt. Srimathi Prabhu, Director in our company has played an active role in bridging the legacy of our 60 year old family business for three generations. She has played a vital role in carrying forward the rich culture and ethics of the Organization ever since. Despite the age barrier, her strong desire to retain our business principles, culture and ethics has left no respite for the group in the run for supremacy in this highly competitive hospitality industry.

Raghunath Prabhu

Mr. B Raghunath Prabhu is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has a Diploma in General Management and has over a decade of professional consulting experience. He has closely worked with companies across sectors including Manufacturing, IT/ Tes, ECommerce, Alco-Bev, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Real Estate etc. His core competencies include business process risk management, internal controls over financial reporting and Corporate Governance.

Raghunath Prabhu, has been key in establishing business process controls, governance over regulatory compliance, digitization initiatives and project management activities within the group, since 2017. He has been successfull in aligning his vast experience in strategy / consulting and the growth aspirations of our group.

Mahendra Prabhu

B Mahendra Prabhu is an Alumni of T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), Manipal and Jain University, Bangalore. He has experience in matters related to Statutory & Internal Audit, Financial Due Diligence, various Return Filings, RERA Certifications, Stock Audit, and other functions.

He has diverse experience in Supply Chain Management at Consulting firms of International Repute and consulted for Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Cost Management, and Information Technology solutions. He has consulted across various Industries such as Manufacturing, F&B Processing, Life Sciences, Construction, Defence Research and Hospitality. He has been actively involved with our group since 2017 in functions including, Finance & Budgeting, Banking, Social-Media, and other promotions, Legal and Compliance, Project Management, Business Development and Guest Relations.
